• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience OR
• 5+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of major environmental regulations including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA.
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification or system implementation experience preferred.
• CSP or CHMM certification preferred.
• Experience with environmental permitting (air, water, waste) and compliance programs.
• 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, ISO 14001, and energy/waste/water reduction initiatives.

• Comfortable working in both office and industrial manufacturing environments.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and navigate plant floors including metal grates and slippery surfaces.
• Capable of performing essential job functions safely and effectively.
